Remembering the Anime Hanasakeru Seishōnen!


Way back 2009 I was once captivated by this great piece of Anime. The love story between Li-ren and Kajika and the three bachelor chosen by Mr. Burnsworth as a candidate for his daughter search of a perfect husband. Though Kajika object everything about Mr. Burnsworth called game she followed his fathers wishes and caught by a turmoil surrounded with this guys.

Bachelor No. 1 | Eugene Alexandre De Volcan
Kajika developed her fascination with Eugene, because of his resemblance to Mustafa, her childhood friend. Mustafa a snow leopard.

Caught between a family turmoil, Eugene wishes to end his life. As he already knew the truth about  his birth mother.

As he was told by Kajika that he can't be her husband his love for her started to grow, and is the one who help her in rescuing Li-ren.

Bachelor No. 2 | Prince Rumaty Ivan of Raginei

Though, a plain pain in the ass at earlier episodes, we then introduced to his conflicted world of politics and power.

By the help of Mr. Burnsworth, Li-ren and the rest he was able to claim his real position , and return to Raginei .

Being crowned the new king of Raginei, he then expressed his true intentions about Kajika of being his queen, to which the latter turned down. Since Rumaty doesn't know yet that Kajika was the Grand daughter of the past king and that they are cousins. :)

Bachelor No. 3 | Carl Rosenthal
Youngest son, a shrewd businessman and the heir of the Rosenthal empire.

Being claustrophobic due to his past accident, he was then save by Kajika when he has an attack at the elevator. As he discovered that  Kajika is a Burnsworth, we are then showed the engulfing heavy competition between the two family. To which Carl was fully instructed by his father to not make any connection and to bring the Burnsworth down.

In all of his family problems, he became aware of the situation his family has been on and that he was trying his best to align everything on his own right way. As he succeeded, the only thing he did not expect was to fall in love with Kajika.  

And the reason why Kajika, was not able to love these 3 bachelors back is because of this guy.

The Real Man | Li-ren Fang
Childhood friend of Kajika, he was the only person aside from Mr. Burnsworth who can directly visit her to the Island. His been inlove with her since she was 12, but successfully hide it thru his stiff and strict way of handling her.

As Li-ren's feelings is not a secret to Mr. Burnsworth, after the latter explain the game  he made for his daughter in search for a husband, we caught a glimpse of Mr. Burnsworth grin after he instructed Li-ren to be the one in-charge on Kajika's meeting with the chosen bachelor.

As always stiff and strict with his approach on managing her safety, kajika later on realizes that the only person  she needs ever since was Li-ren and no one else.. tsarahh!

I called this one love behind different turmoil, weeh, I dont know. But to those who already watched this hope you enjoy it the way I was. And to those who did not, try to watch this, its a nice story.

Anime: Best Heroes so Far..!

My Top Heroes... so far!

I was actually asked by a friend of "who are my favorite heroes" since am occasionally active of watching few anime's. So here I am, writing a simple write up where I can at least share my "Top Heroes". I will not be putting any numbers or rank because every character has its own unique ability where we can get/learn a lesson from them.

Vampire Knights: Kaname

KANAME - As we all get captivated by the looks of him. His main priority was to protect Yuki. As kaname planned everything for Yuki to have a better future, he uses everything around in accordance to his belief of making a good plan. Till up to using Zero as an instrument to kill Rido. In my point of view, it might be an ambitious plan to complete, to where he has no considerations of the people who might be affected by it, but then, in his case, he saw how the events unfolded before his eyes, on how Yuki 's family was brutally murdered. As to his promise to Haruka to protect Yuki no matter what, it is his choice, a stand he definitely want to fulfill.

Vampire Knights: Zero

ZERO - Being a loyal friend/ brother to Yuki, he knew all along where everything leads him, but he want to survive to pay the price of choosing what's he been up to.Having troubled by the betrayal of a twin brother he found refuge in the company of yuki.Yuki whom the only one who can understand him. The person who lend him blood for him to survived.

Black Butler: Sebastian Michaelis

In his standing as the Demon who sought the ownership of Ceil Phantomhive soul, he is the protector, butler and Ceil's guardian. He promised to help Ceil in solving the mystery behind the accidental death of his family. Ceil requested that Sebastian will copy his father's feature which the demon followed. Sebastian then accompany Ceil in his everyday journey, we been showed that even behind their pact about him having Ceil soul, he valued him and respected him as a loyal servant to his master.

Hanasakeru Seishōnen: Li-Ren Fang

As he portrayed as a childhood friend of Kajika, he was the only person who can easily go to the Island where Kajika was hidden. Trusted by Kajika'a father for everything from the security of his Mansion to the security and protection of his daughter he complied it all without hesitation. Strict and stiff as he looks, with emotionless face all the time. Kajika's father knew all along that Li Ren has a feeling for Kajika. As the story runs along, as Kajika was pushed to choose a person who soon become her husband, Li Ren was there guiding and protecting her with a heavy heart. As everyone discovered that Kajika was the lost princess, it was also the time where Li Ren need to give up his position at the Mansion to pursue his obligation as the leader of the Fang Clan. As Kajika realizes his love for Li Ren, it turns out that Li Ren is being held in the Fang's mansion.

Samurai X | Rurouni Kenshin

Having much involve on the killings, era by era, we seen Kenshin evolve into a real respectable gentleman. Living a simple life, with the motto of protecting the innocent people, he raise only his sword if he were oblige to do so, keeping in mind that the only solution for the impending peace is not the sword and killings but the firm stands of acceptance, clean political ways and a government run by the people not by the elite.   

Hellsing: Alucard

The great Alucard was the  servant of Integra Hellsing (the last member of the Hellsing clan), and was told to be the eldest vampire existed.  Together with Integra, their on a mission to protect the United Kingdom  and the Church from the vampire (or other) invasion. As he was sent a day by day mission Integra worries about him of getting even stronger. But, at the end he was revealed as the ever loyal servant of Integra and the Hellsing Family.

Brave 10: Unno Rokurou

Brave 10 Character -  Unno Rokurou

I already posted a tribute write up for Rokurou but I wasn't able to prepare some good picture's / screen shots of him on that particular article (it concentrates mostly on his eyes) so am making another tribute for him, this consist of some nice screen shots that can be use as wallpaper.

Who is Unno Rokurou?

Rokurou is Sanada's nanny hahah! Seriously, he is the one who is in charge in Sanada's protection / safety. He knows everything about Sanada's business and is the keeper of everything that Sanada is dealing. He know's every danger they've taken and is the one Sanada personally consult about his plans and decisions.On episode 10, he was attacked by Ana and was told that she is long been liking his eyes, to Rokurou answered he'd rather destroy it than giving it to Ana. 

By the way don't mind about his fashion sense hehe!

 I personally view Sanada as a happy-go-lucky guy, but then who knows what are his abilities, since it was not yet revealed, the only person who knew who really sanada is, therefore is Rokurou.

Protecting someone is a big burden specially if your paid to do it. But for those who does not value the paycheck and put their lives in the line because of loyalty, it is another story. There are lot of people out there doing this everyday but was never given any credits because they are just  normal people and not celebrities or billionaires.

Great measure of courage are counted base on the person's loyalty to serve. And as to Rokurou, he is a great hero for the likes of me who is nothing in this world.

The New Prince of Tennis: Kazuya Tokugawa

As I followed the episodes run thru , my adoration for Kazuya become deeper (hahah), so I made this write up as a tribute to him. Hope he will be a good opponent for Echizen later on then, since he already predicted they will meet up pretty soon. Bleach: Ichigo Kurosaki

Bleach episodes 361 and 362:

I was a bit carried away today watching those 2 episodes after a quick vacation. Finally Ichigo was given new power by the Gotei 13. Its been  a long wait, on what would be the look of the new reaper Ichigo.  Below are some of my screen capture, hope I can give justice to ichigo's new look. Now the only thing am really keeping up is the new Bankai look..aaahh!

My Best Favorite Anime.. so far!

ANIME
First, let's categorically specify the difference between ANIME and CARTOON:
According to http://www.diffen.com/difference/Anime_vs_Cartoon, differences are:

ANIME

- Distinct facial expressions. Wide variation in physical characteristics. Physical features of characters are, on the whole, closer to reality than cartoons.
- English dictionaries define the word as ‘Japanese style of motion picture animation’.
- Anime concentrates mostly on life issues or things tied closer to human emotion.

CARTOON

- Characters usually have features that are not relative to the rest of the body and therefore further from from reality than anime
- A cartoon was used as a model or study for a painting but is now associated with caricatures for humor and satire.
- Cartoons are generally made to make people laugh and so is more comical

Anime and me:

I don't actually believe that anime is just for kids, some might actually have that idea, but if you actually evaluate the story lines we can learn more of it than to those of our daily soap opera's trust me.

I am not an OTAKU or a geek in that sense about Anime or Manga (since usually anime's are based on Manga). Few I've known anime's are of course the heroic battle of Son Goku, for The Dragon Balls, Ghost fighter, cuz darn Dennis is hot, haha! and so my ever favorite SLAMDUNK, yes, I was actually recruited by those pink ladies to cheer and shout R-U-K-A-W-A, RUKAWA , L-O-V-E RUKAWA.. hehe!. Lastly the samurai slashing hero Kenshin Himura for Samurai-X.

Back in early 1998, I was glued on Vandread, were women colony battle against men's colony. And since women are so good hearted, they rescued a handsome guy abandoned in the battle yard named Hibiki, w/c later on joined them as a partner of Dita. Later then, we found out that the assistant captain was not actually a real woman but a gay.

Vandread was not actually pure action but there's a romantic twist behind the story. The story of Hibiki and Dita are the one who pushes me to dig deeper and explore various genre's of anime.

Fantasy Romance is actually an awesome genre the like's of Fushigi Yugi and Ayashi No Ceres are a good story to catch.

I've also watched a Romance | Drama story titled Hanasakeru Seishōnen and it was nice piece.

Romantic Comedy is actually the genre I was hooked up to. Few titles that are actually made into live action adaptation are Hana Yori Dango, The Wallflower, Peach Girl and if I was not mistaken Kimi Ni Todoke.

15.Fruit Basket (Though it has a blend of Fantasy in it)

These are few that I can remember so far, will update this later if my mind could figure out the rest.

If you want something more like romance, supernatural and drama blend into one try Vampire Knight season 1 and 2.

The longest running anime's I guess were Naruto and Bleach, and so am still watching 'em though its a bit irritating having to wait for the next episode.

If you want action comedy with dark fantasy try Black Butler, surely Sebastian will gladly serve you the best.

For just a good laugh and more try Great Teacher Onizuka.

Currently am totally hooked with Brave 10, Inu X Boku Secret Service and The New Prince of Tennis.

I am not an anime expert, I was just sharing here something I dig up during those years of watching anime's. 

Brave 10: Sights of Episode 8

As Sanada and his braves making their escape, they were pursued by Masamune and his soldiers. Episode 8 also reveals Saizou's acceptance of his new path. His not an iga ninja anymore but part of Sananda's Brave!

Saizou and Kamanosuke, alerted their senses as Sanada instructed them to observe their surroundings as Sanada, Isanami and others make their escape. 

Isanami's worried state, as Saizou taking the danger.

Saizou and Kamanosuke - after they discovered that every path was already been blocked and the only way for them to escape is the lake.

Our first glimpse of Nezu Jinpachi, together with Kakei they save Sanada and the other braves from bloody confrontation with Masamune and his army.

Nezu Jinpachi - goofing with Kamanosuke. He precisely called her a girl and that she will be a perfect pirate aboard his ship. Kamanosuke later bursts into anger yelling I'am a guy.

After Nezu's brief confrontation with Kakei about where are the girls kakei's talking about, Isanami innocently told Nezu that she is a girl to where the latter called her " a flat chested baby face!

Saizou's reaction after Nezu called Isanami : "Flat chested baby face!, while nezu continuous his rants of " kids should not talk while the elders are talking.. hehe! 

Ouch!.. hahaha, poor Isanami!

Lets get back to the more serious tone, as Nezu asked Sanada what did you feel at that time, enveloped by so may soldiers, no place to run and no other choice but to see living hell. To where Sanada briefly answered " As long as I have my braves everything will work out'', and 'If not, then I meet someone new here".

Well lets get back to the lighter side, after drinking too much sake' Yuri is making a move to Saizou?

Yuri and Saizou - they look cute here. I guess we really need plenty barrels of sake before we can show our real feelings shamelessly, then deny it later on, when you get sober!
