Suki-tte Ii na yo: Yamato Kurosawa ♥ Mei Tachibana - Screen grabs!

Suki-tte Ii na yo has just started and am somewhat ecstatic about it. I have high hopes about this anime and am pretty sure it will be full of scenes and lines that will touch our hearts. This is also the first shojo anime  I will be lock on this fall. :)

The first episode was out and subbed yesterday, and I did grab some random screen shots for Mei and Yamato. In terms of  giving the episode 1 a rate I will give it an 8.7 rating. Well, ratings is not important here anyway, as long as you have fun watching rating is just a word underused by an ink.

I read plenty of post that manga is way better than the anime - my ten cents here is that " this one is an adaptation", therefore there are plenty of scenes that will be change and few are soon to be added, so - expect more. Wishful thinking - somewhere in the middle of that changes, it would not cross beyond the line.

Love at first sight? hmmn! - That look after seeing Mei for the first time. Okay, is it really true? I mean love at first met? aww, well love at first sight? darn which is which?

The "Not Interested" stint -  haha, this is the hardest part of being in love. Though deep down your heart you adore the person to highest level, but circumstances meets past experiences, and the explosive result - you avoided the chance of getting closer to him.

The "why you avoiding me" confrontation - go Kurosawa, and please don't let her out of your sight. Naakks!

The "lets exchange number" order -  and Kurosawa made the right idea of giving his number, at least as some accidents came and may come he was the one who rescued her from that darn stalker.

The "let's get along " stage - your such an cute guy Kurosawa, keep it up. That probably will take you to the next level, slowly but surely.

The "your always in my mind" season - definitely lost your concentration on everything, period.

HAKUOUKI: RANDOM SCREEN SHOTS

Season 3 is coming up so am kinda excited about it. Hope it will continue the journey of Hijikata and Chizuru. Am a bit disappointed how season 2 ends and I was hoping for more this coming season. Plenty of story lines that has not been explained well last season that I intend to understand.

One particular event that I want them to clarify is what have happened to HAJIMI SAITO after his final charge with the enemy.

Second is, Soji Okita - he was seen fighting a bunch of soldiers but then when Chizuru and Hijikita arrives  his Katana was only thing shown and not his body.

And many more.. hahah! just like, have Shinpachi and Sanosuke meet after the later was badly wounded.

Anyways, random screen grab here, hope this will bring back memories.

HAKUOUKI: TOSHIZO HIJIKATA
I kinda like the way he handles his troop, a very loyal person who fights for what he believes in. His protective instinct to Chizuru takes him back from a fierce warrior to loving man!.. hahah!

She keeps them together, through her, tons of misunderstanding was easily been resolve.

HAKUOUKI: HAJIME SAITO
 His my favorite aside from Hijikata of course, quite and a well disciplined swordsman. 

HAKUOUKI: SHINPACHI NAGAKURA and SANOSUKE HARADA
Both a skilled fighter they leave Shinsengumi to fight on their own way.

HAKUOUKI: HEISUKE TODO
A young warrior, and promised Chizuru that nobody can touch her as long as his arround. He become a rasetsu later on to cure his injury.

HAKUOUKI: ISAMI KONDO
The captain of Shinsengumi, in season 2, he surrender freely to let his comrades escape and was later beheaded.

HAKUOUKI: SANNAN - SANActually his name is Keisuke Yamanami, but then everybody is calling him sannan -san so am going to call him that too.After the incident where he was injured and cant wield a sword, he devotes his time of completing the ochamizu and later he became a resetsu. He was choosen as the leader of the rasetsu section.

HAKUOUKI: SOJI OKITA
 He often threat Chizuru to kill her, but cared for her actually. He has a TB and suffers the disease too much, since TB is not curable that time. He then became a rasetsu, after drinking the ochamizu given by Chizuru brother.

Brave 10: Unno Rokurou

I already posted a tribute write up for Rokurou but I wasn't able to prepare some good picture's / screen shots of him on that particular article (it concentrates mostly on his eyes) so am making another tribute for him, this consist of some nice screen shots that can be use as wallpaper.

Who is Unno Rokurou?

Rokurou is Sanada's nanny hahah! Seriously, he is the one who is in charge in Sanada's protection / safety. He knows everything about Sanada's business and is the keeper of everything that Sanada is dealing. He know's every danger they've taken and is the one Sanada personally consult about his plans and decisions.On episode 10, he was attacked by Ana and was told that she is long been liking his eyes, to Rokurou answered he'd rather destroy it than giving it to Ana. 

By the way don't mind about his fashion sense hehe!

 I personally view Sanada as a happy-go-lucky guy, but then who knows what are his abilities, since it was not yet revealed, the only person who knew who really sanada is, therefore is Rokurou.

Protecting someone is a big burden specially if your paid to do it. But for those who does not value the paycheck and put their lives in the line because of loyalty, it is another story. There are lot of people out there doing this everyday but was never given any credits because they are just  normal people and not celebrities or billionaires.

Great measure of courage are counted base on the person's loyalty to serve. And as to Rokurou, he is a great hero for the likes of me who is nothing in this world.
